This DoubleTree Grand Hotel Biscayne Bay Miami Wedding was kind of special. It is not often that as a Miami wedding photographer I get to capture a mass in a beautiful church. I just feel like we don’t have them here.
One of the most beautiful churches is obviously St Patrick’s Cathedral in Manhattan, NY or St Mary’s church in Newport. I’m sure that I visited more churches in Miami than any average person here. So I was surprised when I got the chance to see St Patrick’s Catholic Church for the first time, capturing this wedding.
Wedding ceremony – mass at the St Patrick’s Catholic Church was beautiful and I really enjoyed it. That’s actually the reason why I’m posting this blog post. I mainly wanted to show this beautiful church.
Another cool thing for me was the limo. For some reason I’ve almost forgot that limousines exists. I used to see it often 2 to 6 years ago, but then non of my couples had it. So, after the ceremony we had a limo ride to the Grand Hotel Biscayne Bay Miami.
I always enjoy to explore new locations and venues, and this was my first Grand Hotel Biscayne Bay Miami Wedding. I loved the view, as well as how the ballroom was flexible. Service and food in this hotel were also excellent. The wedding cake was amazing and I loved the cutting part. And I also loved the trees inside the ballroom.

Beautiful wedding. The ceremony at the church was so solemn. Love that the lights were only focused on the altar and on the couple. The wedding reception at the Grand Hotel Biscayne Bay Miami was a great choice. I loved the decorations!
