Bratislava Castle Intimate Wedding

Small wedding, big impression: create your own fairy tale wedding day or what an intimate wedding is.

Roman and Lucy’s Bratislava castle intimate wedding was a combination of what’s known as an intimate wedding in America and an elopement. Roman owns several successful websites specializing in phone brands, and he certainly could have afforded a grand and luxurious wedding. Here is an interview that Roman did with me a couple of years ago.

I was surprised when Roman called to say he was having a small wedding. It wasn’t something I expected from him. However, if he hadn’t made that decision, we wouldn’t have this blog post, in which we can observe the differences between an intimate and a micro wedding.

A micro wedding is a small-scale wedding that is typically done when a big wedding is not financially feasible. On the other hand, an intimate wedding is a small wedding that is planned with meticulous attention to detail and high-end services. It is perfect for those who can afford to have the best but prefer to avoid the stress that comes with a large wedding.

We worked with Roman and Lucy to plan the wedding based on my experience with similar events in America. We started with a morning bridal shoot and then moved on to take wedding portraits at Bratislava Castle. From there, we gradually walked to the ceremony location in the old city center.

The wedding ceremony was surprisingly short but sweet nonetheless. Due to the small number of guests, there were only a few congratulations afterward. Following this, we headed over to a fancy restaurant located in Hviezdoslav Square in Bratislava. Here, the guys indulged in €250 steaks and the best champagne available.

In the evening, we drove to a hill that offered a breathtaking view. We savored a glass of champagne and watched the sunset while holding sparklers. It was an enjoyable experience because we were alone and didn’t feel hurried.

It was a fantastic day for those closest to them. Roman arrived at the ceremony in his Bentley while we drove up the hill in a luxury SUV. Roman wore an outfit worth the equivalent of someone’s entire wedding, which also perfectly reflected the essence of an intimate luxury wedding.

I would appreciate it if you could share your thoughts on this topic in the comments section. Additionally, I would love to hear your opinions on the photos of this Bratislava castle intimate wedding. If you are in search of a wedding photographer, feel free to call or email me, and perhaps we can meet up for coffee.
